Potters Lane
Potters Lane is a $6.3 million (total project cost) modular building project in California's Orange County, for chronically homeless veterans designed and manufactured for American Family Housing, an organization whose mission is to provide housing and services to support homeless and low-income families and adults.

The Oak Park High School renovation was a $1 million project that transformed an aging facility into a modern quality and sustainable educational building. Seven permanent modular classroom buildings were constructed with net-zero energy usage and made from repurposed single-use shipping containers.

The Colden Avenue installation provides affordable housing to 32 members of the LA community who are currently experiencing homelessness. Made out of recycled shipping containers from the Port of Long Beach, the Colden Ave. apartments offer a sustainable, sturdy and permanent solution to the region's housing crisis.

Malibu High School added a new $2.2 million modular building to its long-standing facility in 2018. The two-story building consists of 12 individual classrooms and was designed to suite 21st century learning, improve flow of access, and campus space.
