6100 Main
6100 Main is a modular apartment building consisting of 84 one-bedroom units with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom within a 400 SF module. Each unit includes one bedroom window and one living room window, allowing ample light and air into the interiors.

CRATE Modular is working with Family Health Centers of San Diego and LPA Design Studios to fabricate five-stories of multi-family mixed-use supportive housing using recycled shipping containers.

McDaniel House
The McDaniel House project is a modular building that will reside in the heart of Koreatown in Los Angeles. There will be a total of 47 units of permanent supportive housing fabricated by CRATE that include studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms along with a 1,888 square feet of community amenity space.

Medea Creek Middle School
CRATE built six classrooms and two restroom units for Medea Creek Middle School. Each classroom is made up of (3) 8x40 recycled containers which create a 960 square foot learning space.

CRATE partnered with Z Villages and architects radLAB for this 1,900 square foot retail complex made out of steel shipping containers in downtown Atascadero.

Dolores Huerta Apartments
The Dolores Huerta Apartments is a public-private partnership with the CD9 District, RMG Housing and SDS Capital Group. The 4-story complex will have a total of 40 units that are all 320 square feet which includes a kitchenette and full-sized bathroom.

Designed as two 3-story buildings with a total of 132 units of interim housing for homelessness, each unit is 160 square feet with a full bathroom, millwork and HVAC.

Merced’s Navigation Center includes 75 beds, kitchen/dining facilities, laundry, classroom, clinic, and office space for support service providers within the 15,360 square foot facility.
