Block Shops
Project Summary
CRATE partnered with developers Z Villages and architects radLAB for this 1,900 square foot commercial complex made out of recycled steel shipping containers in downtown Atascadero known as Block Shops. The containers were strategically placed to create a courtyard space for the local community to enjoy.
The commercial tenants of Block Shops include Ancient Ancient Owl Beer Garden and Bottle Shop, family owned and operated ice cream shop, Negranti Creamery, and custom hat shop, Stellar + Sun Hat Co.
